    A seamless headshot session with an experienced photographer who knows how to make your team feel comfortable and look their best in-front of the camera.

    Cohesive Branding: Prior to the photoshoot, Dustin will hold a conference call with your team to discuss logistics and any brand-specific concerns. For instance, the backdrop color and/or adjusting the Wardrobe Guide to suit your needs.

    Complimentary Location Scout: Many of our corporate clients are out-of-state and hire us to take headshots during a corporate conference at a hotel or event venue that the client has never been to. Prior to the shoot day, the location will be reviewed by one of our team members to ensure the space is adequate for a successful shoot. We’ll work directly with hotel staff, should adjustments need to be made, making the experience seamless for your team.

    The Best Technology: All photos will be taken using our Hasselblad, which is considered one of the best still cameras in the world!

    Easy File Management and Delivery: On shoot day, your team will be able to instantly review and select their hero image. Final selects will be edited by-hand and promptly delivered via an online gallery.

SILVER PACKAGE

High Volume Event Headshots

Ideal for corporate events, conferences, or trade shows in need of high-volume professional headshots with limited time per individual. Each team member will receive approximately 3–5 minutes in front of the camera. Dustin, a professional Scottsdale-based headshot photographer, will quickly stage and direct each subject, making minor adjustments to hair and wardrobe to ensure polished, presentable images.

Due to the fast-paced nature of this session, photo reviews are not available on-site. Instead, the team will receive a private online proof gallery where everyone will be able to select their final image post-event. This is our most efficient, volume-focused corporate headshot package, perfect for large groups or on-location headshots at Arizona events.

Booking Length: Contingent Upon Group Size

Individual Session Length: 2-5 minutes per person.

Headshot Minimum: 35 People. Can accommodate up to 100 per day. 

Deliverables: Digital proofing gallery. 1 final edited image per person

$2250.00 for initial 35 people. $25 per additional person.

GOLD PACKAGE

Personalized Team Headshots

This package is designed for companies that want a more personalized, guided headshot experience for their teams. Ideal for offices or small business teams without a unified wardrobe, participants can bring 2–3 outfit options. Dustin will help with outfit selection, posing, and styling, ensuring every detail is dialed in.

Images are captured tethered to an iPad Pro, allowing for instant image review and feedback during the session. This interactive experience ensures everyone feels confident and seen. Each person will choose their favorite image on the spot, making it easy to deliver professionally retouched headshots quickly after the session. Great for small-to-medium businesses in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and across Arizona.

Booking Length: Contingent Upon Group Size

Headshot Minimum: 35 People. Can accommodate up to 55 per day. 

Individual Session Length: 10-15 minutes per person.

Deliverables: 1 final edited image per person.

PLATINUM PACKAGE

Curated Executive Headshots with Hair and Makeup

Our most premium option, this package is perfect for companies seeking high-end, curated corporate headshots for executives and leadership teams. It includes everything in the Silver Package, plus the addition of professional hair and makeup touch-ups for each participant — helping both men and women look their very best on camera.

A dedicated on-site hair and makeup artist will provide "last looks" to smooth skin, reduce shine, shape facial hair, fix eyeliner, or boost volume — the kind of polish that elevates professional headshot photography to the next level. Ideal for executive portraits, company leadership teams, or high-end corporate branding photography in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area.

Booking Length: Contingent Upon Group Size 

Headshot Minimum: 35 People. Can accommodate up to 55 per day. 

Individual Session Length: 15-25 minutes per person.

Deliverables: 1 final edited image per person.
